The effect of Yb3+ co-doping on relaxation dynamics excited states Er3+ ion in oxyfluoro tellurite (TZYN) glasses was demonstrated employing excitation and luminescence spectroscopy. up-conversion spectra were studied as a function temperature the 298–633 K range, fluorescence intensity ratio (FIR) for green bands due to 2H11/2 ? 4I15/2 4S3/2 transitions against determined. sensing performance TZYN:Er3+/Yb3+ using FIR technique up 633 K. maximum absolute (Sa) relative (Sr) sensitivity 0.00246 K?1 at 413 0.72% 323 K, respectively, determined TZYN:0.5Er3+ /1.0 glass.
